Delta-nine THC is the most prevalent common, intoxicating substance located in cannabis.
Marijuana and hemp are the two types of the cannabis plant, but they are chemically distinct. Whereas hemp has less than 0.3% THC, marijuana includes much greater.
This classification specified in the Farm Bill redefined hemp as an crop commodity; at the same time, marijuana remains an illegal Schedule 1 drug.
